INSULATED PANELS

All insulated panels are manufactured with a tongue and groove jointing system. Insulated panels can be manufactured by either using a variety of insulation cores or even different cladding materials.

Panels are manufactured with colorlume, with minimum steel thickness of 0.5mm;

Depending on the required application, IPS Projects specializes as follows:

All panels are manufactured to the requirements and specifications as laid down in the SABS
1530-1:1991 Prefabricated Panels for Thermal Insulation.

Standard width of panels are 1170mm and can be manufactured up to 12m long. A protective plastic coating is applied on each side of the panels in order to minimize any damage during and before the installation.

Once installed, silicone is applied within all exposed joints.
